Kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdm prvkem t\u00e9to technologie jsou filameny, tedy materi\u00e1ly, ze kter\u00fdch lze tisknout projekty r\u016fzn\u00fdch tvar\u016f a funkc\u00ed. Od um\u011bl\u00fdch hmot po kovy a kompozity m\u00e1 volba spr\u00e1vn\u00e9ho filamenu obrovsk\u00fd vliv na vlastnosti fin\u00e1ln\u00edho produktu. V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku se pod\u00edv\u00e1me na nejpopul\u00e1rn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a nejnov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed materi\u00e1ly pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 p\u0159i tisku 3D a budeme diskutovat o jejich v\u00fdhod\u00e1ch, omezen\u00edch a pou\u017eit\u00ed.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Plastov\u00e1 vl\u00e1kna \u2013 rozmanitost a v\u0161estrannost<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Plastov\u00e1 vl\u00e1kna pat\u0159\u00ed k nej\u010dast\u011bji pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdm materi\u00e1l\u016fm v technologii 3D tisku a nab\u00edzej\u00ed \u0161irokou \u0161k\u00e1lu mo\u017enost\u00ed z hlediska pevnosti, pru\u017enosti nebo teploty t\u00e1n\u00ed. Nejobl\u00edben\u011bj\u0161\u00ed z nich jsou PLA a ABS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PLA (polylaktid) je cen\u011bn\u00fd pro svou snadnost tisku a \u0161etrnost k \u017eivotn\u00edmu prost\u0159ed\u00ed, proto\u017ee je biologicky odbourateln\u00fd. Skv\u011ble se hod\u00ed pro prototypov\u00e1n\u00ed a dekorativn\u00ed projekty, proto\u017ee umo\u017e\u0148uje snadno dos\u00e1hnout vysok\u00e9 kvality povrch\u016f a detail\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ABS (akrylonitril-butadien-styren) je plast s vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed teplotn\u00ed odolnost\u00ed a pevnost\u00ed ne\u017e PLA, a\u010dkoli se obt\u00ed\u017en\u011bji tiskne. B\u011b\u017en\u011b se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 pro komponenty vy\u017eaduj\u00edc\u00ed vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed odolnost, nap\u0159\u00edklad v automobilov\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00ed vl\u00e1kna, jako je PETG (polyethylentereftal\u00e1t glykol) nebo TPU (termoplastick\u00fd polyuretan), nab\u00edzej\u00ed jedine\u010dn\u00e9 vlastnosti. PETG kombinuje pevnost ABS se snadn\u00fdm tiskem PLA, \u010d\u00edm\u017e vznik\u00e1 univerz\u00e1ln\u00ed materi\u00e1l. TPU je naproti tomu pru\u017en\u00fd a pevn\u00fd, co\u017e umo\u017e\u0148uje v\u00fdrobu ohebn\u00fdch d\u00edl\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00edky rozmanitosti plastov\u00fdch vl\u00e1ken je lze p\u0159izp\u016fsobit r\u016fzn\u00fdm projekt\u016fm, a to jak pro hobbysty, tak pro profesion\u00e1ly. D\u00edky pokro\u010dil\u00fdm technik\u00e1m, jako je laserov\u00e9 sp\u00e9k\u00e1n\u00ed a technologie Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS), lze vytv\u00e1\u0159et slo\u017eit\u00e9 kovov\u00e9 struktury s vysokou pevnost\u00ed a teplotn\u00ed odolnost\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nerezov\u00e1 ocel je jedn\u00edm z nej\u010dast\u011bji pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch kov\u016f p\u0159i 3D tisku a nab\u00edz\u00ed odolnost proti korozi a mechanickou pevnost. Je ide\u00e1ln\u00ed pro pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9, automobilov\u00e9 a l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e9 komponenty. Na druhou stranu titan, a\u010dkoli je dra\u017e\u0161\u00ed, vynik\u00e1 svou lehkost\u00ed a pevnost\u00ed, d\u00edky \u010demu\u017e je cenn\u00fd pro leteck\u00fd pr\u016fmysl nebo implantologii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kompozity kov-polymer kombinuj\u00ed lehkost polymer\u016f s pevnost\u00ed kov\u016f. D\u00edky tomu se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed k v\u00fdrob\u011b sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed, kter\u00e9 mus\u00ed b\u00fdt pevn\u00e9, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 lehk\u00e9. Obl\u00edben\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edkladem je hlin\u00edk v kombinaci s polymery, z n\u011bho\u017e se vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed sou\u010d\u00e1sti, kter\u00e9 jsou odoln\u00e9 a odol\u00e1vaj\u00ed vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm vliv\u016fm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00ed skupinou materi\u00e1l\u016f jsou kompozity z uhl\u00edkov\u00fdch vl\u00e1ken. Jsou leh\u010d\u00ed ne\u017e kovy, ale nab\u00edzej\u00ed podobnou nebo vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed pevnost. Jsou ide\u00e1ln\u00ed pro automobilov\u00e9, sportovn\u00ed a dronov\u00e9 d\u00edly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zaveden\u00ed t\u011bchto materi\u00e1l\u016f do 3D tisku otev\u0159elo nov\u00e9 obzory a umo\u017enilo p\u0159esnou v\u00fdrobu vysoce v\u00fdkonn\u00fdch a odoln\u00fdch d\u00edl\u016f. To umo\u017e\u0148uje vytv\u00e1\u0159et d\u00edly, kter\u00e9 byly d\u0159\u00edve mimo dosah b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch v\u00fdrobn\u00edch mo\u017enost\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Vlastn\u00ed 3D tisk plast\u016f \u2013 lze tisknout potraviny?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>S rozvojem technologie 3D tisku z\u00edsk\u00e1vaj\u00ed na oblib\u011b materi\u00e1ly na m\u00edru.
