V chladn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch oblastech je bezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed vyb\u00edrat pozdn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed odr\u016fdy nebo takov\u00e9, kter\u00e9 dob\u0159e sn\u00e1\u0161ej\u00ed prask\u00e1n\u00ed po de\u0161ti. Ve f\u00e1zi n\u00e1kupu hraje velkou roli kvalita \u0161kolka\u0159sk\u00e9ho materi\u00e1lu. Vyplat\u00ed se vyb\u00edrat sazenice z leg\u00e1ln\u00edho zdroje, s rostlinol\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00fdm pasem a pod dohledem \u00daKZ\u00daZ (\u00dast\u0159edn\u00ed kontroln\u00ed a zku\u0161ebn\u00ed \u00fastav zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00fd), co\u017e omezuje riziko chorob a probl\u00e9m\u016f s uchycen\u00edm rostliny. Jeden dob\u0159e vybran\u00fd stromek dok\u00e1\u017ee v n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch sez\u00f3n\u00e1ch re\u00e1ln\u011b sn\u00ed\u017eit va\u0161e v\u00fddaje za ovoce, zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b pokud v\u00e1m z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na dezertn\u00ed kvalit\u011b, kter\u00e1 se v obchodech po del\u0161\u00ed p\u0159eprav\u011b t\u011b\u017eko udr\u017euje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Rozmanitost chut\u00ed mezi dostupn\u00fdmi odr\u016fdami t\u0159e\u0161n\u00ed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00fdb\u011br ovoce do zahrady m\u00e1lokdy kon\u010d\u00ed u hesla \u201ehlavn\u011b a\u0165 je to sladk\u00e9\u201c. Proto je dobr\u00e9 odr\u016fdy porovn\u00e1vat v\u011bdom\u011b: jedny d\u00e1vaj\u00ed plody velmi sladk\u00e9 a k\u0159upav\u00e9, jin\u00e9 jsou sice \u0161\u0165avnat\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, ale choulostiv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a n\u00e1chyln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed k po\u0161kozen\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V amat\u00e9rsk\u00fdch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch se skv\u011ble osv\u011bd\u010duje \u201edvoj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup\u201c: jedna typicky dezertn\u00ed odr\u016fda a druh\u00e1 s pevn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed slupkou, vhodn\u00e1 ke kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e9mu skladov\u00e1n\u00ed, mrazen\u00ed nebo zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed. Tento p\u0159\u00edstup sni\u017euje riziko zklam\u00e1n\u00ed v sez\u00f3n\u00e1ch s prom\u011bnliv\u00fdm po\u010das\u00edm. Pokud je v\u0161ak prioritou dezertn\u00ed efekt \u201ep\u0159\u00edmo ze stromu\u201c, dob\u0159e vybran\u00e1 t\u0159e\u0161e\u0148 v\u00edt\u011bz\u00ed intenzitou sladkosti a strukturou du\u017eniny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Vi\u0161n\u011b, kter\u00e9 p\u0159ekvap\u00ed sv\u00fdm v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u00fdm aromatem<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Aroma ovoce nen\u00ed jen marketingov\u00e9 heslo z etikety, ale re\u00e1ln\u00fd rozd\u00edl v kuchyni. Mezi obl\u00edben\u00fdmi odr\u016fdami se obvykle hledaj\u00ed ty s dobr\u00fdm pom\u011brem kyselinek a cukru a se siln\u011b barv\u00edc\u00ed \u0161\u0165\u00e1vou (tzv. kyselky). Pr\u00e1v\u011b ty se nejl\u00e9pe hod\u00ed na zava\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed: aroma je hlub\u0161\u00ed a chu\u0165 neztr\u00e1c\u00ed sv\u016fj charakter ani po doslazen\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud v\u00e1m jde o p\u0159\u00edmou konzumaci, vyb\u00edrejte jemn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed odr\u016fdy (tzv. amarelky), ale st\u00e1le typick\u00e9 pro vi\u0161e\u0148 \u2013 s jasn\u00fdm n\u00e1dechem kyselosti a peckov\u00fdm aromatem. Pokud pl\u00e1nujete p\u011bstovat oba druhy, kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdm faktorem se st\u00e1v\u00e1 prostor, oslun\u011bn\u00ed a zp\u016fsob zap\u011bstov\u00e1n\u00ed korun. D\u00edky tomu v\u00e1m bude ovoce do kuchyn\u011b proudit n\u011bkolik t\u00fddn\u016f, m\u00edsto aby sez\u00f3na skon\u010dila jednou rychlou sklizn\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Faktory ovliv\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed ceny t\u0159e\u0161n\u00ed a vi\u0161n\u00ed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Rozd\u00edly v n\u00e1kladech mohou b\u00fdt zna\u010dn\u00e9: podobn\u011b vypadaj\u00edc\u00ed sazenice stoj\u00ed jednou p\u00e1r korun, jindy v\u00fdrazn\u011b v\u00edce. To sam\u00e9 plat\u00ed pro ovoce v sez\u00f3n\u011b. V\u011bt\u0161inou to nen\u00ed n\u00e1hoda, ale sou\u010det n\u011bkolika konkr\u00e9tn\u00edch faktor\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Odr\u016fda a doba zr\u00e1n\u00ed:<\/strong> Velmi ran\u00e9 nebo v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u011b pozdn\u00ed odr\u016fdy \u010dasto dosahuj\u00ed vy\u0161\u0161\u00edch cen, proto\u017ee se trefuj\u00ed mimo hlavn\u00ed vrchol nab\u00eddky. Podobn\u011b je to u vi\u0161n\u00ed: ty zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b cen\u011bn\u00e9 pro zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed nebo se stabiln\u00edm v\u00fdnosem si d\u00e9le udr\u017euj\u00ed popt\u00e1vku.<\/li><li><strong>Kvalita \u0161kolka\u0159sk\u00e9ho materi\u00e1lu:<\/strong> Cena roste, pokud je rostlina star\u0161\u00ed, m\u00e1 lep\u0161\u00ed ko\u0159enov\u00fd syst\u00e9m, byla naroubov\u00e1na na kvalitn\u00ed podno\u017e nebo poch\u00e1z\u00ed z kontrolovan\u00e9 produkce. P\u0159i n\u00e1kupu si v\u0161\u00edmejte ozna\u010den\u00ed a dokument\u016f (nap\u0159. rostlinol\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00fd pas pro obchod v r\u00e1mci EU) a u ovoce na trhu standard\u016f kvality, jako je GlobalG.A.P. nebo syst\u00e9m Integrovan\u00e9 produkce (IP).<\/li><li><strong>Logistika a sez\u00f3nnost:<\/strong> Ovoce je choulostiv\u00e9, vy\u017eaduje rychlou sklize\u0148, t\u0159\u00edd\u011bn\u00ed a p\u0159epravu, proto se mzdov\u00e9 n\u00e1klady a po\u010das\u00ed siln\u011b prom\u00edtaj\u00ed do kone\u010dn\u00e9 ceny.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pro majitele zahrady je nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed minimalizace rizik: spr\u00e1vn\u00e1 volba odr\u016fdy, zdrav\u00fd sadbov\u00fd materi\u00e1l a vhodn\u00e9 stanovi\u0161t\u011b znamenaj\u00ed m\u00e9n\u011b probl\u00e9m\u016f v dal\u0161\u00edch letech a p\u0159edv\u00eddateln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed sklize\u0148.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>P\u00e9\u010de o t\u0159e\u0161e\u0148 pro to nejlep\u0161\u00ed ovoce<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Aby t\u0159e\u0161e\u0148 plodila velk\u00e9 a sladk\u00e9 ovoce, jsou kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 t\u0159i v\u011bci: stanovi\u0161t\u011b, \u0159ez a ochrana. Jeden dob\u0159e udr\u017eovan\u00fd strom dok\u00e1\u017ee vyprodukovat tolik ovoce, \u017ee \u010d\u00e1st sn\u00edte rovnou z m\u00edsy a zbytek poputuje do sklenic nebo mraz\u00e1ku. Rozd\u00edl poc\u00edt\u00edte zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 tehdy, pokud ovoce kupujete \u010dasto: do kol\u00e1\u010d\u016f, kompot\u016f, dezert\u016f a dom\u00e1c\u00edch marmel\u00e1d. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd je i dlouhodob\u00fd horizont: spr\u00e1vn\u011b zasazen\u00e9 a udr\u017eovan\u00e9 stromy znamenaj\u00ed m\u00e9n\u011b ztr\u00e1t, m\u00e9n\u011b chorob, m\u00e9n\u011b zoufal\u00fdch z\u00e1chrann\u00fdch akc\u00ed a p\u0159edv\u00eddateln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u00farodu.
