Bylo provedeno mnoho studi\u00ed zam\u011b\u0159en\u00fdch na p\u0159\u00ednosy resveratrolu, kter\u00e9 zjistily, \u017ee pravideln\u00e1 konzumace tohoto antioxidantu m\u016f\u017ee sn\u00ed\u017eit riziko srde\u010dn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed t\u00edm, \u017ee sni\u017euje krevn\u00ed tlak. D\u016fvodem je to, \u017ee resveratrol stimuluje tvorbu oxidu dusnat\u00e9ho v c\u00e9v\u00e1ch, \u010d\u00edm\u017e podporuje jejich rozta\u017een\u00ed a zp\u016fsobuje pokles krevn\u00edho tlaku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V jednom litru \u010derven\u00e9ho v\u00edna najdete mezi 0,2 a 5,8 mg resveratrolu. To je obvykle v\u00edce, ne\u017e z\u00edsk\u00e1te z konzumace syrov\u00fdch hrozn\u016f, proto\u017ee p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b \u010derven\u00e9ho v\u00edna doch\u00e1z\u00ed ke koncentraci resveratrolu. Stoj\u00ed za zm\u00ednku, \u017ee b\u00edl\u00e9 a r\u016f\u017eov\u00e9 v\u00edno obsahuj\u00ed mnohem m\u00e9n\u011b resveratrolu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u011bkter\u00e9 teorie nazna\u010duj\u00ed, \u017ee resveratrol obsa\u017een\u00fd v \u010derven\u00e9m v\u00edn\u011b m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou \u201efrancouzsk\u00e9ho paradoxu\u201c \u2013 tedy skute\u010dnosti, \u017ee Francouzi trp\u00ed srde\u010dn\u00edmi chorobami relativn\u011b z\u0159\u00eddka, a to i p\u0159es stravu s vysok\u00fdm obsahem nasycen\u00fdch tuk\u016f. Jin\u00ed v\u0161ak tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou mohou b\u00fdt jin\u00e9 stravovac\u00ed n\u00e1vyky a \u017eivotn\u00ed styl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O resveratrolu se objevily i dal\u0161\u00ed tvrzen\u00ed t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se zdrav\u00ed, od jeho schopnosti zvr\u00e1tit st\u00e1rnut\u00ed a\u017e po schopnost bojovat proti cukrovce, ale d\u016fkazy pro tato tvrzen\u00ed nejsou tak siln\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>A co vliv alkoholu?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010cerven\u00e9 v\u00edno je alkoholick\u00fd n\u00e1poj a nen\u00ed sporu o tom, \u017ee alkohol p\u0159edstavuje zdravotn\u00ed riziko. Konzumace i mal\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed alkoholu m\u016f\u017ee zv\u00fd\u0161it riziko vzniku n\u011bkter\u00fdch druh\u016f rakoviny.
