Pr\u00e1v\u011b v provozech, kde b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 p\u00e1sy nar\u00e1\u017e\u00ed na sv\u00e9 limity, jsou PTFE p\u00e1sy \u010dastou volbou pro odoln\u00e1 dopravn\u00edkov\u00e1 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed. D\u016fvod je jednoduch\u00fd: tyto p\u00e1sy (\u010dasto ozna\u010dovan\u00e9 jako teflonov\u00e9) spojuj\u00ed n\u011bkolik vlastnost\u00ed, d\u00edky kter\u00fdm funguj\u00ed i tam, kde jin\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly selh\u00e1vaj\u00ed. A\u0165 jde o vysok\u00e9 teploty, siln\u00e9 chemik\u00e1lie, lepiv\u00e9 sm\u011bsi nebo p\u0159\u00edsn\u00e9 hygienick\u00e9 po\u017eadavky,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/eder-belts.com\/cs\/produkty\/ptfe-pasy\/\">PTFE p\u00e1sy EDER<\/a>&nbsp;jsou pevn\u00e9 a spolehliv\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, kter\u00e9 prodlu\u017euje \u017eivotnost za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a sni\u017euje prostoje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oproti klasick\u00fdm dopravn\u00edkov\u00fdm p\u00e1s\u016fm, kter\u00e9 by v podobn\u00fdch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch rychle ode\u0161ly, PTFE p\u00e1sy s v\u00fdztu\u017e\u00ed vydr\u017e\u00ed dlouho a \u010dasto pomohou i zjednodu\u0161it v\u00fdrobu. V praxi to znamen\u00e1 plynulej\u0161\u00ed chod linek, m\u00e9n\u011b odst\u00e1vek a vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdkon v\u00fdroby. Jde o materi\u00e1l, na kter\u00fd se d\u00e1 spolehnout, kdy\u017e pot\u0159ebujete stabiln\u00ed provoz bez zbyte\u010dn\u00fdch kompromis\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Co jsou PTFE p\u00e1sy a pro\u010d jsou d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 pro dopravn\u00edkov\u00e9 syst\u00e9my<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>PTFE (polytetrafluorethylen) je syntetick\u00fd polymer, kter\u00fd je zn\u00e1m\u00fd i pod n\u00e1zvem Teflon. V dopravn\u00edkov\u00fdch syst\u00e9mech m\u00e1 velk\u00fd v\u00fdznam d\u00edky souboru vlastnost\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se hod\u00ed do n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fdch aplikac\u00ed. Jde o b\u00edl\u00fd krystalick\u00fd polymer, kter\u00fd je hladk\u00fd, pru\u017en\u00fd a z\u00e1rove\u0148 m\u00e1 vysokou molekulovou hmotnost. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 je tak\u00e9 jeho velmi dobr\u00e1 odolnost v\u016f\u010di chemik\u00e1li\u00edm a teplu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V oborech jako potravin\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed, chemick\u00fd pr\u016fmysl nebo v\u00fdroba plast\u016f jsou na p\u00e1sy kladeny vysok\u00e9 n\u00e1roky. PTFE zde pom\u00e1h\u00e1 zajistit \u010dist\u00fd a plynul\u00fd transport materi\u00e1lu i v podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch, kde by jin\u00e9 p\u00e1sy nevydr\u017eely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Jak\u00e9 je chemick\u00e9 slo\u017een\u00ed a struktura PTFE p\u00e1s\u016f<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To, co d\u011bl\u00e1 PTFE tak odoln\u00fdm, souvis\u00ed s jeho slo\u017een\u00edm a stavbou molekuly. Polytetrafluorethylen je tvo\u0159en dlouh\u00fdm uhl\u00edkov\u00fdm \u0159et\u011bzcem, kde je ka\u017ed\u00fd uhl\u00edk obklopen atomy fluoru. Fluor tak vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed ochrannou vrstvu, kter\u00e1 br\u00e1n\u00ed tomu, aby uhl\u00edkov\u00fd \u0159et\u011bzec snadno reagoval s jin\u00fdmi l\u00e1tkami.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vazba fluor-uhl\u00edk pat\u0159\u00ed mezi nejsiln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed jednoduch\u00e9 chemick\u00e9 vazby (energie 466 KJ\/mol). D\u00edky tomu m\u00e1 PTFE v\u00fdbornou chemickou odolnost a dob\u0159e sn\u00e1\u0161\u00ed vysok\u00e9 teploty. Uhl\u00edkov\u00fd \u0159et\u011bzec je nav\u00edc sto\u010den\u00fd do spir\u00e1ly, proto\u017ee se nev\u00e1zan\u00e9 atomy fluoru mezi sebou siln\u011b odpuzuj\u00ed. V\u00fdsledkem je, \u017ee PTFE nem\u00e1 polaritu, co\u017e podporuje jeho nep\u0159ilnavost a odolnost v\u016f\u010di v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b chemik\u00e1li\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>V \u010dem se li\u0161\u00ed PTFE p\u00e1sy od jin\u00fdch typ\u016f dopravn\u00edch p\u00e1s\u016f<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Rozd\u00edl mezi PTFE p\u00e1sy s v\u00fdztu\u017e\u00ed a b\u011b\u017en\u00fdmi p\u00e1sy (nap\u0159\u00edklad pry\u017eov\u00fdmi nebo PVC) je v\u00fdrazn\u00fd, hlavn\u011b v t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdch provozn\u00edch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch. B\u011b\u017en\u00e9 p\u00e1sy se hod\u00ed pro standardn\u00ed pou\u017eit\u00ed, ale jejich limity se rychle uk\u00e1\u017eou p\u0159i vysok\u00fdch nebo velmi n\u00edzk\u00fdch teplot\u00e1ch, p\u0159i kontaktu s agresivn\u00edmi chemik\u00e1liemi nebo p\u0159i doprav\u011b lepiv\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PTFE p\u00e1sy zvl\u00e1daj\u00ed dlouhodob\u00e9 teploty a\u017e okolo 260 \u00b0C, zat\u00edmco b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 p\u00e1sy \u010dasto kon\u010d\u00ed u 100-150 \u00b0C. V chladu, kde pry\u017e a PVC tvrdnou a k\u0159ehnou, mohou PTFE p\u00e1sy pracovat i p\u0159i -190 \u00b0C. Nep\u0159ilnavost je u PTFE p\u0159irozen\u00e1 a st\u00e1l\u00e1, na rozd\u00edl od n\u00e1t\u011br\u016f u b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch p\u00e1s\u016f, kter\u00e9 se \u010dasem o\u0161oupou. Chemick\u00e1 odolnost PTFE je vysok\u00e1 u v\u011bt\u0161iny l\u00e1tek, zat\u00edmco u b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch p\u00e1s\u016f je v\u00fdrazn\u011b omezen\u00e1. D\u00edky tomu b\u00fdv\u00e1 \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed a \u00fadr\u017eba PTFE p\u00e1s\u016f rychlej\u0161\u00ed a s men\u0161\u00edm po\u010dtem odst\u00e1vek, co\u017e zlep\u0161uje chod cel\u00e9 linky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 vlastnosti PTFE p\u00e1s\u016f ovliv\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed jejich odolnost<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Odolnost a spolehlivost PTFE p\u00e1s\u016f vych\u00e1z\u00ed z n\u011bkolika hlavn\u00edch vlastnost\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se navz\u00e1jem dopl\u0148uj\u00ed. Od tepeln\u00e9 st\u00e1losti a\u017e po pevnost d\u00edky v\u00fdztu\u017ei &#8211; to v\u0161e d\u011bl\u00e1 z PTFE materi\u00e1l, kter\u00fd obstoj\u00ed i v t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdch provozech a vydr\u017e\u00ed dlouho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pod\u00edvejme se bl\u00ed\u017e na vlastnosti, d\u00edky kter\u00fdm jsou PTFE p\u00e1sy tak praktick\u00e9 pro specifick\u00e9 pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 pot\u0159eby.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Tepeln\u00e1 stabilita a provozn\u00ed teplotn\u00ed rozsahy<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Jednou z hlavn\u00edch v\u00fdhod PTFE p\u00e1s\u016f je jejich odolnost v\u016f\u010di teplot\u00e1m. Mnoho typ\u016f m\u016f\u017ee dlouhodob\u011b pracovat v rozsahu od -190 \u00b0C do +260 \u00b0C a n\u011bkter\u00e9 varianty zvl\u00e1dnou kr\u00e1tkodob\u011b i okolo 300 \u00b0C. To je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 pro za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed jako tepeln\u00e9 sva\u0159ova\u010dky, su\u0161\u00e1rny, pece nebo kryogenn\u00ed mrazic\u00ed komory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I p\u0159i extr\u00e9mn\u00edch teplot\u00e1ch si p\u00e1sy dr\u017e\u00ed tvar, m\u00e1lo se deformuj\u00ed a nesmr\u0161\u0165uj\u00ed, co\u017e pom\u00e1h\u00e1 udr\u017eet stabiln\u00ed proces. Nad zhruba 260 \u00b0C se ale PTFE za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 rozkl\u00e1dat a mohou vznikat \u0161kodliv\u00e9 v\u00fdpary. Proto je nutn\u00e9 dr\u017eet se doporu\u010den\u00fdch limit\u016f a m\u00edt dobr\u00e9 odv\u011btr\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed pracovi\u0161t\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Nep\u0159ilnavost a n\u00edzk\u00fd koeficient t\u0159en\u00ed PTFE materi\u00e1lu<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nep\u0159ilnavost je typick\u00fd znak PTFE. Je dan\u00e1 n\u00edzkou povrchovou energi\u00ed a hladk\u00fdm, m\u00e1lo reaktivn\u00edm povrchem. Proto se na p\u00e1sy \u0161patn\u011b chytaj\u00ed lepiv\u00e9 sm\u011bsi, zbytky potravin (t\u011bsto, \u010dokol\u00e1da), inkousty nebo roztaven\u00e9 plasty. To je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 tam, kde se produkt mus\u00ed z p\u00e1su snadno uvolnit a kde se nechcete pot\u00fdkat s n\u00e1nosy, kter\u00e9 zhor\u0161uj\u00ed kvalitu nebo zvy\u0161uj\u00ed prostoje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spolu s t\u00edm m\u00e1 PTFE velmi n\u00edzk\u00e9 t\u0159en\u00ed, \u010dasto kolem 0,08 a\u017e 0,10. D\u00edky tomu je v dopravn\u00edku men\u0161\u00ed odpor, m\u00e9n\u011b se opot\u0159ebuj\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti stroje a n\u011bkdy kles\u00e1 i spot\u0159eba energie. V praxi to znamen\u00e1 m\u00e9n\u011b \u00fadr\u017eby, m\u00e9n\u011b odpadu a stabiln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed provoz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Chemick\u00e1 odolnost a st\u00e1lost v\u016f\u010di agresivn\u00edm l\u00e1tk\u00e1m<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>PTFE pat\u0159\u00ed mezi materi\u00e1ly s velmi vysokou chemickou odolnost\u00ed. Odol\u00e1v\u00e1 siln\u00fdm kyselin\u00e1m, z\u00e1sad\u00e1m, rozpou\u0161t\u011bdl\u016fm i dal\u0161\u00edm agresivn\u00edm l\u00e1tk\u00e1m, \u010dasto i p\u0159i vy\u0161\u0161\u00edch teplot\u00e1ch. D\u00edky tomu se v chemick\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed nerozpad\u00e1 a neztr\u00e1c\u00ed vlastnosti tak rychle jako jin\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To se hod\u00ed v chemick\u00e9m a farmaceutick\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu i v potravin\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed. Je ale dobr\u00e9 v\u011bd\u011bt, \u017ee PTFE neodol\u00e1v\u00e1 roztaven\u00fdm alkalick\u00fdm kov\u016fm, element\u00e1rn\u00edmu fluoru a n\u011bkter\u00fdm organokovov\u00fdm slou\u010denin\u00e1m. U p\u00e1s\u016f s ur\u010dit\u00fdmi plnidly (nap\u0159. uhl\u00edk, bronz) m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt odolnost v\u016f\u010di n\u011bkter\u00fdm oxida\u010dn\u00edm \u010dinidl\u016fm o n\u011bco ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed, co\u017e je pot\u0159eba promyslet p\u0159i v\u00fdb\u011bru typu p\u00e1su.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Mechanick\u00e1 pevnost s ohledem na v\u00fdztu\u017en\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010cist\u00e9 PTFE m\u00e1 skv\u011blou nep\u0159ilnavost a chemickou odolnost, ale samo o sob\u011b nen\u00ed tak pevn\u00e9 a m\u016f\u017ee se rychleji obru\u0161ovat. Proto se dopravn\u00edkov\u00e9 p\u00e1sy vyr\u00e1b\u00ed s v\u00fdztu\u017e\u00ed, kter\u00e1 dod\u00e1 pevnost, tuhost a stabilitu. Nej\u010dast\u011bji se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 skeln\u00e1 tkanina, aramid (nap\u0159. Kevlar, Nomex), uhl\u00edk nebo bronz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00fdztu\u017e zlep\u0161uje odolnost proti od\u011bru a prop\u00edchnut\u00ed a omezuje tzv. \u201estuden\u00fd tok\u201c (creep), tedy pomalou deformaci p\u0159i dlouhodob\u00e9m zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed. P\u00e1s s v\u00fdztu\u017e\u00ed si l\u00e9pe dr\u017e\u00ed rozm\u011bry i p\u0159i vysok\u00e9 teplot\u011b a p\u0159i dynamick\u00e9m nam\u00e1h\u00e1n\u00ed. \u010casto se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed i zes\u00edlen\u00e9 okraje (lemov\u00e1n\u00ed, pro\u0161it\u00ed), kter\u00e9 br\u00e1n\u00ed t\u0159epen\u00ed a prodlu\u017euj\u00ed \u017eivotnost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Typy PTFE dopravn\u00edkov\u00fdch p\u00e1s\u016f a vhodnost pro r\u016fzn\u00e9 aplikace<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>PTFE dopravn\u00edkov\u00e9 p\u00e1sy nejsou jen jeden \u201euniverz\u00e1ln\u00ed\u201c typ. Existuje v\u00edce proveden\u00ed, kter\u00e1 jsou d\u011blan\u00e1 pro r\u016fzn\u00e9 provozy. Rozd\u00edly jsou v konstrukci, v\u00fdztu\u017ei a povrchu, tak\u017ee si m\u016f\u017eete vybrat variantu pro balen\u00ed, sva\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed, su\u0161en\u00ed i vytvrzov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159i v\u00fdb\u011bru pom\u00e1h\u00e1 v\u011bd\u011bt, jak\u00fd typ p\u00e1su bude nejl\u00e9pe odpov\u00eddat va\u0161emu procesu, aby \u0161el provoz plynule a s co nejni\u017e\u0161\u00edmi n\u00e1klady.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Kompaktn\u00ed PTFE p\u00e1sy: vyu\u017eit\u00ed a v\u00fdhody<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kompaktn\u00ed (pln\u00e9) PTFE p\u00e1sy maj\u00ed nosnou tkaninu (nej\u010dast\u011bji sklen\u011bnou nebo aramidovou) pln\u011b pota\u017eenou PTFE vrstvou. D\u00edky tomu maj\u00ed v\u00fdborn\u00fd nep\u0159ilnav\u00fd povrch a vysokou chemickou odolnost, proto\u017ee v\u00fdztu\u017e je chr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00e1 p\u0159ed p\u0159\u00edm\u00fdm kontaktem s materi\u00e1lem nebo prost\u0159ed\u00edm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tyto p\u00e1sy maj\u00ed dobrou pevnost, stabiln\u00ed rozm\u011bry a dlouhou \u017eivotnost. Pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed se tam, kde je pot\u0159eba hladk\u00fd a \u010dist\u00fd povrch a z\u00e1rove\u0148 ochrana p\u0159ed chemik\u00e1liemi. Typick\u00e9 pou\u017eit\u00ed je ve stroj\u00edch na balen\u00ed a tepeln\u00e9 sva\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed (kv\u016fli \u010dist\u00fdm svar\u016fm) nebo jako izola\u010dn\u00ed vrstvy, nap\u0159\u00edklad v letectv\u00ed. Existuj\u00ed i samolepic\u00ed varianty pro snadn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed mont\u00e1\u017e na topn\u00e9 li\u0161ty a dal\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti. Teplotn\u00ed rozsah pro skelnou tkaninu b\u00fdv\u00e1 zhruba -150 \u00b0C a\u017e +260 \u00b0C, u aramidu je v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pru\u017enost a lep\u0161\u00ed chov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159i ohybu, obvykle v rozsahu -73 \u00b0C a\u017e +220 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>S\u00ed\u0165ovan\u00e9 PTFE p\u00e1sy pro procesy se zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdmi n\u00e1roky na proud\u011bn\u00ed vzduchu<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00ed\u0165ovan\u00e9 PTFE p\u00e1sy se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed tam, kde m\u00e1 skrz p\u00e1s proch\u00e1zet vzduch, p\u00e1ra nebo vlhkost. Nosn\u00e1 vrstva (\u010dasto sklo, Kevlar nebo kombinace) m\u00e1 oka b\u011b\u017en\u011b od 0,5 do 10 mm. D\u00edky tomu m\u016f\u017ee hork\u00fd nebo chladic\u00ed vzduch proch\u00e1zet p\u0159\u00edmo skrz p\u00e1s a procesy su\u0161en\u00ed, vytvrzov\u00e1n\u00ed nebo chlazen\u00ed jsou rychlej\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stejn\u011b jako u pln\u00fdch p\u00e1s\u016f, PTFE povlak d\u00e1v\u00e1 nep\u0159ilnavost a chemickou odolnost. S\u00ed\u0165ovan\u00e9 p\u00e1sy jsou b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 v su\u0161ic\u00edch pec\u00edch v textiln\u00edm pr\u016fmyslu, p\u0159i su\u0161en\u00ed potravin, ve vytvrzovac\u00edch tunelech pro s\u00edtotisk nebo ve smr\u0161\u0165ovac\u00edch tunelech. \u010casto pomohou zkr\u00e1tit dobu procesu a zv\u00fd\u0161it v\u00fdkon linky. Typick\u00e9 rozm\u011bry b\u00fdvaj\u00ed tlou\u0161\u0165ka 0,2 a\u017e 1,35 mm a \u0161\u00ed\u0159ka 300 a\u017e 4200 mm, obvykle s lemovan\u00fdm a pro\u0161it\u00fdm okrajem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>V\u00edcevrstv\u00e9 a zes\u00edlen\u00e9 varianty pro specifick\u00e9 pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 pot\u0159eby<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pro opravdu t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 provozy, kde p\u00e1sy trp\u00ed od\u011brem, prop\u00edchnut\u00edm nebo p\u016fsoben\u00edm olej\u016f a tuk\u016f, existuj\u00ed laminovan\u00e9 a v\u00edcevrstv\u00e9 PTFE p\u00e1sy. Tyto varianty jsou d\u011blan\u00e9 tak, aby vydr\u017eely d\u00e9le a omezily \u010dast\u00e9 v\u00fdm\u011bny a servis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ve v\u00edcevrstv\u00fdch proveden\u00edch se mohou pou\u017e\u00edt materi\u00e1ly jako kevlarov\u00e9 a nomexov\u00e9 f\u00f3lie, kter\u00e9 jsou schv\u00e1len\u00e9 pro styk s potravinami a dob\u0159e sn\u00e1\u0161ej\u00ed vlhkost i p\u00e1ru. N\u011bkter\u00e9 typy maj\u00ed i povrchovou \u00fapravu (nap\u0159. EDROCK\u2122), kter\u00e1 zvy\u0161uje odolnost proti od\u011bru.
